Sapotek fully complies with the intellectual property rights of others and we expect that our users will likewise respect the intellectual property rights of those, most particularly open source developers, on whom we all depend. Please refer to the licenses we have made available to you if you have any questions with regard to compliance.
Sapotek/Sapodesk Trademarks and Intellectual Property
"Sapotek" and the Sapotek logo, as well as “Sapodesk” and the Sapodesk logo, are trademarks of Sapotek Inc. and are protected under the laws of the United States and other countries. Our trademarks protect our intellectual property and are also meant to notify you that our products are not available for distribution except by Sapotek or by an authorized Sapotek representative or agent. As such, Sapotek strictly prohibits the inappropriate use of our trademarks by any entities (businesses, organizations, government agencies) or individuals. Any entity claiming to represent Sapotek but that is not recognized by us or does not have some form of authentication, such as our logo or trademark in its publications, is likely in violation of this IP Policy and we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in making us aware of any such apparent violation.
